Versa 2 screen won't swipe

I wore my fitbit in the lake at the beach recently and it started to be slow and put weird times on it. I got it to turn on and show steps and tracks things still. It just won't do anything when I try to slide over to the next page. I have it sitting in rice but was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or what is wrong with it. Also does anyone know if your able to replace the screen on it?
