Hi, have a look on these two sites:

1. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315

2. https://www.fitbit.com/devices

On neither of these sites your phone is in the supported list, yet. This can cause these problems. Also have a look on this site: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/?q=pairing&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 and see if it contains helpful information for you to overcome this problem. If nothing works, either you can wait for your phone to be supported (not listed does not always mean not supported, but not being tested at this moment) or, indeed, send it back. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Bridget1586, If the links that kuzibri posted do not help, I would suggest contacting Fitbit support before deciding to return the device.  I had the same issue with the original Versa and my LG ThinqG7.  It was not on the supported devices list but Fitbit support was able to help me get them paired.

And yours worked completely fine? All functions? I contacted fitbit and they said there are options but can't guarantee all functions will work

@Bridget1586  Yes, all functions worked fine.  I got the original Versa the day it came out and used it the whole time with the LG ThinqG7 (about a year and a half).  You could have them help you set it up and if the functions don't all work, then you could return it.

@Savoir  which Fitbit do you have? Just so you know, this is NOT a dating site and members come here for help with their Fitbit and not to make connections.

@Bridget1586  you might want to edit your posts to remove your name from them. Since this is a public forum, anyone can see that. To edit go to the upper right of your post and tap on the three lines. Select edit and then edit your name out. Post as usual. Then do that to the other posts in this thread where your name appears. It's just safer that way.

Did you call Fitbit support and are they able to help you connect you phone to it? I have the same issue and want to be sure before anything

@Lemma did you call Fitbit support and did they help you connect your phone? I can't connect mine because phone is not on the list

I'm not able to get mine paired or get notifications. I did a factory reset because nothing was working, but it still isn't working.

I tried calling and it still won't connect via Bluetooth, they said this can continue to be a problem if your phone isn't on the support list. Some of the functions work now but not all
