To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if your Versa 2 is stuck on a screen that says "Unlock with Your Phone" or the screen isn't responding at all?
If it's the first one, please see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?
If it's the second one, please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
