Tried going on the link posted above for the same issue. However, it goes to a page which just says Sorry page not found.
I am also having issues with the swipe function not working on Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I followed all the instructions and now my Fitbit is useless, it’s just got a permanent error message on the screen, I can’t even use it as a watch now so beware of resetting! Support said someone would be in touch within the day and so far no contact this was 2 days ago. Many suffering the same issues have been offered a discount off a new one but I am very sceptical now so sadly I think I will be looking at a different company for a replacement.!

None of these options worked for me. I called customer service and warrenty dept just offered 35 % off a new device. But what is to keep that next device from acting up? Not the 1st time I've had issues with the versa 2 and I like the watch when it functions. Just switched over to Google hoping that would resolve the issue but it didn't. Don't think I'll be getting another fitbit.

I’ve been having this problem as well for a couple of weeks. It eventually started happening only occasionally. Tonight, as I was randomly laying on bed my screen became unglued. Now I’m not sure what to do 😂
