I received a Versa 2 for Christmas and it worked fine until 2 weeks ago. It started off having problems syncing to my phone and the screen was not showing up when I pushed the button or tilted it to my face. It would eventually sync and the screen would work so I didn't worry initially. Now it seems to have gotten worse and I am constantly having issues with the screen not showing up and it vibrating and showing nothing. I fully charged the watch the other day and it died within two days. I have tried restarting it multiple times and it hasn't seemed to help. Is there anything that can be done?

@mdemar1229, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

The screen will turn on for a while but then it will vibrate and then won't turn on for a while and show the fitbit symbol. The battery issue is what concerns me as well since its dropped 40% since yesterday and I fully charged it. I actually never changed the clock face to a third party clock face. It is still the default fitbit one.

I also got a Versa 2 for Christmas and when I touch the screen it will not come on or when it does, I cannot swipe it to see anything else.
Please advise

I wanted to update you that the screen is turning on this morning but is not letting me swipe to other functions. It just shows the clock and does not allow me to go to setting, workouts, etc.
