Versa 2 screen won't work properly

I got my Versa 2 FitBit yesterday and when tapping the screen it only lights up/works 20% of the time. I have restarted it, it is NOT on do not disturb or sleep mode and I still have this issue. Is anybody else dealing with the same thing? It should light light up when I tap/double tap the screen 100% of the time yet only works very rarely.

 

I can't even email them to try and get support. Very frustrating as this is a brand new watch.

Hi @N-Ikki, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
