I got my versa 2 today for my birthday, unboxed it and decided to set it up. I had a charge Hr+ so I know how the set up works, however when setting this up the versa 2 constantly says download the fitbit app which I already have I proceed through the set up and get to where it tells me to put it on charge and from there it doesn't do anything. It'll keep telling me on the app it doesn't work 'try again, not working' I repeat the steps and nothing.. I'm finding this very frustrating. This should be very simple..

Are you on Android? I had a similar problem because I was using an old phone. The Versa 2 requires Android 7.0 or above to connect.
I was due for a phone upgrade anyways, so I was able to get it set up with my new phone.
