Versa doesn't keep the correct time

Hey Fitbit Community!


Over the last week, my Fitbit keeps falling 10-15minutes behind what the actual time of day is. I will sync the Fitbit with my phone, but it will only solve the problem for a few hours. 

 

Any thoughts on how to repair long term?

Hi @Amzlee14, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't keep the correct time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch manually again and monitor the time during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
