Versa 2 several issues

I noticed an issue several days ago that my Versa 2 still read 0 steps after I went to the grocery store, the battery also said low, even though I was sure I had just charged it not more than a day or two before. 

Upon various testing these are the issues that I am facing: 

  • The screen will not turn on with a flip of my wrist
  • Every time I tap to wake my screen, I must put the passcode in (even though my settings are only for the first time in the morning, and if I take the device off)
  • Stays at 0 steps all day
  • The heart rate light is not showing
  • The battery will completely drain in less than 24 hours (just today it only lasted 12 hours) 
  • The watch is extremely laggy: even when inputting passcode, swiping between screens, and apps/notifs will not even open.
  • I can still feel the buzz when I get notifications from my phone, so it is still syncing, but there is too much lag on the watch to even open or view any notifications  

I have force restarted my fitbit multiple times, as well as allowed the battery completely drain and then fully charge it before using it. 

My versa is fairly new, I just bought it on Feb 1.

At this point, I cannot even use my fitbit as a watch. Can anyone help?
