I noticed an issue several days ago that my Versa 2 still read 0 steps after I went to the grocery store, the battery also said low, even though I was sure I had just charged it not more than a day or two before.
Upon various testing these are the issues that I am facing:
I have force restarted my fitbit multiple times, as well as allowed the battery completely drain and then fully charge it before using it.
My versa is fairly new, I just bought it on Feb 1.
At this point, I cannot even use my fitbit as a watch. Can anyone help?
