I have been up this morning and already have 39 floors climbed when I haven’t done any at all. How can I alter this other wise by the end of the day it will be in the 100’s x

@Ellis07gemma It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for letting me know that your watch is showing floors but you haven't done any at all.

Fitbit devices that count floors have an altimeter sensor that detects when you go up in elevation. Your device registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet or 3 meters. Your device uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed. Fitbit devices don’t count floors on stationary exercise equipment, such as a StairMaster or treadmill, or when you go down a flight of steps.

Your device is designed to detect pressure changes based on elevation gain, but other types of pressure changes—such as a gust of wind, a weather change, or opening a door—can occasionally cause your device to register extra floors. Your device registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet, which is the average between residential and commercial floor heights.

Also, you could delete steps and floors by logging driving, check the instructions in this article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Learn more about it by checking this article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
