Versa 2 shows a "No Device Found" message

For the last 3 weeks or so, my versa 2 will only sync periodically.  When I try to sync, it shows "No Device Found".  In order to get it to sync, I have to restart my phone.  I have a motorola moto z4.  I have disconnected and restarted the blue tooth, i have restarted the app, I have removed and reinstalled the app.... I am updated on the latest firmware.  This issue causes me to restart my phone multiple times a day.  Help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for the info.  I followed the steps in the article and I have not had any issues for a couple of days.  Hopefully, the issue has been resolved and I am all good.  I appreciate your help!  Take care....
