Versa 2 shows a "This app requires the internet permission to be granted” message

Downloaded a clock face (photo premium) via the fitbit app on my phone but when my versa 2 is trying to load it the above message is shown and is kind of blocking the screen. I can see the name of the clock face in the background but nothing happens. Tried to reboot my versa and got recommended by the support to re-install the clock face but don’t know how? And the fitbit-support-chat suddenly closed... 😞

Only had my watch for 2 hours so no expert...

Hi there @CillaW72, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. I'm sorry to hear that your support chat got disconnected. 

Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process. 

For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. In this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations. 

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
