Versa 2 shows "Data not cleared, sync and try again.

Hi. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I did not charge my fitbit for 2 days and it ended up with the battery being low. I have then gone to put it on charge and it doesnt seem to be charging. It is showing the message data not cleared, sync and try again. Can anyone help me ?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Please also try these steps:

 

1. Connect your watch to the charging cable.

2. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.

3. Select set up a device (Once you select the device you are setting up, it will give you the option to replace and go ahead and select it.)

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
