Versa 2 sleep tracking issue

My Fitbit is not tracking sleep sometimes at all and sometimes ok. I changed to sensitive and it was SO inaccurate and also not tracking all the time. I switched it back and it tracked once and then not again.

Hi @Br325, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync your Versa 2? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if the issue persists.

I have tried restarting it. I noticed about a week ago and I do wear it on my nondominant wrist. It doesn’t register anything on my dominant wrist at all. I use an iPhone to sync and it’s a Versa 2
