Since latest update versa 2 not working,pls fix it. After 2 years I don’t want to buy another device, and it should be fixed asap as I can’t use my Fitbit anymore.
My fitbit was just under 2 years old and I have now been sent a replacement tracker - I was offered that or 50% of another fitbit if I wanted to get a newer version. I appreciate they aren't offering this to everyone but just to confirm is worth getting in touch with customer services directly, trying (again) all of the fixes they offer and then seeing what they'll come up with for you.
I got my Versa 1 bricked as well by a firmware update (a few weeks before the warranty expired). I got the same offer from Fitbit. Chosen not to go for the 50% but for a 1 on 1 replacement, and got the Versa 2 anyway, because they didn't have Versa 1 on stock anymore.
