Versa 2 still not sync

My versa 2 still will not sync. I did all updates, did all trouble shoots and even called and it still not working only had it for a little over 2 weeks and have premium membership and it does not work feels like I am wasting my money. Please fix soon.

I have a lg k8s. I have turned off blue tooth and turning on, force stopping fitbit app, restarting it, reinstalling app, restarting watch, and even going through steps with help over the phone and no luck. Plus also I tried to use my Samsung galaxy s5 and fitbit rejects pairing. And I tried all of the steps with my Samsung phone to.

Yes we know, the Fitbit should reject any attempt to pair through the phones Bluetooth this is expected for all Bluetooth low energy devices. 

Since the tracker is still connected to your Fitbit account. 

Lets turn Bluetooth off on the LG. 

Now on the Samsung 

  • Install the Fitbit app and run 
  • Log into your Fitbit account 
  • Approve any permissions
  • The app will request permission to pair the tracker to the phone. 
  • The app will try and sync the tracker. Even if not paired.

Had to basically delete versa 2 and replace watch again and now it works finally.
