Versa 2 stopped counting activity

My versa has stopped counting up all my steps and activists all remain at. 0 since I added it to my old account

This is normal.

 

If you change accounts the permissions are lost. You can upload information thats in the watch only.

 

You need to reinstall the clock face under the new account and give it permissions for the new [old] account, or if its already there in your existing clock faces on the old account, toggle the permissions.

 

You can verify this by switching to the Today app on the watch, steps and stuff should still be working, it seems it has system permissions, even if the clock face shows nothing.
