My versa 2 stopped scrolling, touch screen stopped working and now I cant get the buttons to do anything! It is a hit and miss even get the clock to display.
I have already tryed re setting back to default settings using my Samsung S7 but it didnt fix anything, I now cant reset any functions on the watch as I cant get to anything! I'm about over this Versa! Any suggestions?

I contacted customer service at fitbit.com and after walking me thru some options it was confirmed I had a defect in the watch itself. They have sent me a replacement.
They were very helpful.
