Hello,
My Estimated oxygen variation stopped working as from 16/09/2020. Can anyone help me how to start this again.

I was wondering the same as @MarciM, would you mind giving us more details of your issue?
In the meantime, if you haven't done so yet, please force close the Fitbit app. If issue persists, please perform a factory reset (Settings app > About > Factory Reset). I had a similar issue with my EOV graph for a couple of days where I was receiving sleep stages but my EOV graph was blank. However, after trying what I suggested, everything started working again.
