Versa 2 stopped syncing

I have a Fitbit versa 2 and I've had it for a year now having, what I think, no problems until now. For a couple days now, my Fitbit has not and will not sync with my phone and show the correct information, for example it shows on the Fitbit app right now that I have only done 1162 steps; however, I have actually done 8140 steps on my Fitbit. I tried turning my Bluetooth on my phone off and then on but no difference my Fitbit still won't sync with my phone.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit devices are still not syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.

Same, will sync  one day then not again until several days have passed. Then it doesn't sync all that you put into your versa. So annoying. Mine have been doing this since around Nov 2024

Try powering off your phone and repowering it back on, mine has started
syncing again now
