Versa 2 stopped tracking after update

I updated my versa 2 and now it quit tracking.  This is by far the most unreliable device I have ever owned.  I give up it's going in the trash where it belongs and I will replace it with a Garmin or Apple watch.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @12bar.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. Could you please provide more details of the issue? I will be glad to investigate further. Meanwhile, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  3. Make sure your watch is syncing: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

By the way, I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches board so we can keep our forums organized.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Sorry I have had far too many issues with Fitbit devices I’m tired of wasting money on them. There are better options available.

I did all of the above after the update.  The device is simply unreliable and from my experience very inaccurate.
