Versa 2 stopped tracking my data

My versa 2 has recently stopped tracking my runs and active zones as well as the calories and steps for the day are dropping, at 9pm I'd burnt 1300 calories, after the gym I'd only burnt 1270 😕

To better assist you, can you please let me know if you are having syncing difficulties or have experienced them prior the issue you're reporting? Meanwhile, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here and then, please keep an eye on your Fitbit device throughout the day and see if the issue persists.

Hi, no syncing difficulties currently or before.

I've rebooted and done a factory reset after reading through here, still not registering heart rate, Active minutes or exercises.

When I checked its not registered a heart rate since March 17th

I’m experiencing the same. Suddenly stopped tracking HR and Sleep. Battery also runs out quickly. I’ve done multiple restarts and  factory reset which did not resolve issue. Please advise

The functions are no longer supported- we have been switched off
