Hello @lindasorber

There’s a few things that can be adjusted so hopefully that might do the trick. Make sure that you fasten it securely around your wrist before you go to sleep. The watch doesn’t need to be too tight, but if it is too loose, then chances are it won’t record your vitals accurately. Try modifying your sleep sensitivity if you haven’t already. Open your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Activity & Wellness. Now tap sleep then scroll down and tap sleep sensitivity and adjust it. Of course make sure your heart rate is enabled on your Versa 2. The buttons are tiny so it can easily get disabled by accident. Also make sure your using the latest Fitbit App version. Don’t select “going to bed” has worked for many as well. If the problem persist you can try restarting your Versa 2 to see if that helps. Just hold down the Versa 2 button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicting the restart is complete.
😉 Hopefully this will improve things. Please let me know if this helps
