My Versa 2 is working with the time and calendar and calories. However it stopped counting my steps.
I wear it on an ankle band. It stopped counting steps about 3 weeks ago and starting the next week but stopped counting the steps this week.
Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? I did purchase the Asurion warranty when buying the Versa 2.
You help is greatly appreciated

Regarding the steps tracking issue that your Versa 2 experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
