I was given a Fitbit Versa 2 as a Christmas present. I am now having problems swiping over to other screens; the Fitbit charges without any problem, and it tracks steps, etc. properly, as I can see from the home screen. I have tried restarting it, but I can't do a factory restart since I can't easily scroll over to the Settings tab. Any help would be appreciated.

@mwmara, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the display won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

This did not help. The clock face did change but still unable to swipe screen.

Thank you for your help. I have changed the clock face, and this appears to have helped to some extent.

I changed the clock face as was suggested. This initially appeared to help with the swiping issue; however, I am now having the same problem as before, and am having trouble swiping between screens.

This didn't help. I have the basic versa time face. It is frozen cannot swipe to log exercise. Turn off or do anything. Just stuck on clock.

I can't swipe on my screen either. I do have the factory clock face and have tried the factory reset it did not work. I have no access to my screen at all except time. I can see in the app that it is tracking my exercise but can't see anything but the heart rate.

I have the same issue with touch, chatted with Support, followed all the troubleshooting steps and it's still not resolved. Even sent them a video about an hour after the chat to demonstrate that touch does not work. Haven't heard anything back on how to resolve.
Additionally, my battery won't stay charged, i have to charge it every 8 or so hours which is very frustrating.
My Versa 2 was purchased late December 2019. I don't recommend folks buy one based on the amount of issues it already has.

And this is a ridiculous response to a response to the chat engagement I am having with Fitbit
appreciate your quick reply providing us the video requested. However, so we can further we require another video showing the swipe/tap unresponsive with the case number:
i am responding to the email that was sent to me with my case number. This is purely an exercise is trying to see if I will continue with the case in order to get resolution. I guess Google support is.now handling Fitbit support?
