I bought a Versa 2 smartwatch and it worked fine for 2 days. Now it won't sync at all. It also won't track my sleep number. It just does the basic tracking. I am heavily tattooed on that arm, so I switched it to the inside of my wrist and same issue. But the biggest problem is it doesn't sync. Not to my phone or my computer. I've turned off all other bluetooth devices, it's the only Fitbit I have on my account. I've done all the trouble shooting in the community forum. I don't know what else to do but for nearly $300 I'm choked it doesn't work.

After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
