Versa 2 stopped vibrating

My Versa 2 has stopped vibrating for calls and all notifications, when someone calls it shows on the screen but no vibration. I have checked all the settings and all notifications are on I don’t have the option for a vibration setting in the app which I have read in other forums. On my watch I can’t access all my settings for some reason. I have an iPhone 8.

Hi @IreneT64  - just to be sure it's not a watch setting, long press the button to get to Quick Settings (normally) and make sure that sleep and do not disturb are disabled.

HI there, @IreneT64. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.  Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and making sure all settings are set correctly.

In addition to the recommendation provided by @Guy_, I suggest taking a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
