I just got a Versa 2 a few weeks ago and got it wet for the first time the other day--it's supposed to be waterproof, but since it got wet it won't turn on, charge, or do anything. It had about 70% charge when it turned off, I've tried charging it but nothing happens. I tried holding down the button on the side for >10 seconds as well, still nothing happens. Is there another way to reset? Has anyone had this issue?

Hi there, @herk16. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As @SunsetRunner mentioned, please note Versa 2 is water-ressistant to 50 meters. However, water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:
If your watch got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. If your watch has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) and dry it with a lint free-cloth. Be sure to follow our Wear and Care instructions to keep your device clean.
If your watch is still not responding after taking the above into consideration, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Hope that helps.

Hello @herk16
Yes, the Fitbit Versa 2 is considered waterproof up to 50 meters. Have you tried placing your Versa 2 into a bag of dry rice? This has been know to help sometimes. But because you stated this happened “the other day” I’m not sure if it’s too late but it’s certainly worth a try.
