@angryh64 You're very welcome. I'm glad to hear you managed to reset and add your Versa to your phone's Bluetooth again.

About the font size of your Versa 2, please note at this time there's no way to make it larger. The best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestions board. Please take a moment to visit and give us your feedback.

If you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their idea and add your comments. We look forward to reading your suggestions. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs

Thank you so much for your feedback and for participating in our community!

My Versa2 stopped working after the update as well. It will charge, but the face will not light up consistently when tilting my arm or pushing the button, it rarely syncs to my phone even though it is set to do so, so the time is often wrong, and the battery drains within a day, even if I’m not wearing it. What can be done? I’ve tried hard reset.

Hi there @JKlink, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If the Screen Wake isn't working as it should be, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

For the syncing difficulties, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If your Versa 2 still doesn't sync, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

About the battery draining quickly, please take a look at this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
