This might be dumb, I’m in the Canadian army and I wear my Fitbit whenever I go away for training, I like it to track my sleep and the alarm doesn’t bother other people when I have to get up at crazy hours.
My last bit of training I was in very cold conditions. After the first night, -20C, all the sensors stopped working, SPo2, HR, etc. I have already tried restarting the Fitbit and it still does not work. Is there any other way to do a reset on the versa 2, or is there a way I can get them to start working? Or is it just pooched?
