Out of nowhere, my Versa 2 died. Assuming it just needed to be charged, I plugged it in, but it was unresponsive for a while. Eventually, while charging, the screen lit up, but was stuck on the logo and the screen would “glitch” (lines going through it, pixelated random coloring). If I took it off the charger, it would immediately die. One time the clock appeared briefly, but then the screen lit up, went black, then start screen reappeared, glitching excessively (all while on the charger). I tried following instructions to restart the device, but if it was off the charger, it was dead. Now, even on the charger, it is entirely non-responsive. Do you have any idea as to what might be wrong and what I can do about it? Thank you!

Thank you for explaining to me your situation with your Versa 2. I was able to confirm you have already contacted support in regards this situation, my best recommendation would be to contact them if you have any other question or concern.
