Versa 2 stopped working overnight

My Fitbit is only 2 years old and stopped working overnight. Has anyone had this issue?

Warranty is one year USA and two years in some European countries. I've moved your post to the Versa area.

I chatted with them twice yesterday and was told it was out of warranty. I’m surprised a device that’s only 2 years old, stops working!

@Paulshock there are some Fitbits that have lasted over seven years and there are some that only made it to two years. I guess you've tried rebooting the Versa a few times, which is about all we can do on our own. Sorry this happened to you.

Out of interest, does it still record steps (mine does) but not the HR?
