versa 2 is tracking too many steps

Help! The step counter on my Versa 2 is continuously going up, even when I’m not moving. It’s literally going up by the second as I’m watching it, it’s at 40,900 steps at the moment and I’ve done nowhere near that amount. Has anyone had this issue and managed to fix it? 😩

Hi @Alix.isherwood Try Restarting  it several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't I would suggest you try a factory reset (Settings App on the Watch and scroll down to About) and then set it up again.
