Versa 2 stopped working

My Versa stopped working. I added my Charge 2 to my account.  Now I cannot remove the Versa from the account.  The directions will not work.

To remove the Fitbit Versa 2 from your Fitbit account, please visit the online Dashboard here > click the Versa 2 icon > scroll down until you see "Remove this Versa 2 from your account".

 

If you haven't done it already, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve battery issues.

Thank you. I finally removed it by using my laptop. It wouldn’t let me
with my iPad. I installed my old Charge 2 but it keeps throwing my steps
back to 1525. I may just try another brand. I’ve had too many Fitbits die
on me.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these steps.

 

In addition, please try to manually sync your Tracker to see if the number of steps changes. For instructions on how to manually sync, please visit this article.
