My Fitbit Versace 2 charger is not working how do you get a replacement

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details about the issue with your Versa 2? If you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
