I am very disappointed with the support I have received from Fitbit support regarding my Versa 2 watch not operating. There was a fault before with this watch and it was replaced. Fitbit have informed that as it has been replaced before they are unable to process a new replacement for this watch even though it is still under warranty. This is appalling. The issue was the device was locked to the phone as well as the touch not working on watch. I followed the instructions, changed the PIN but the touch button on the would not operate. I have sent pictures, a short video to confirm all this to the warranty division after having being told with customer support they could not assist and to speak to warranty. I have started my experience with Fitbit in May 2018 with a Fitbit Charge 2, (this became faulty) - this was replaced to HR2 as the model I ordered was no longer sold. I then had two faults on the HR2, this was replaced. I then upgraded to a Versa 2 and I had one fault, this was replaced. I have now had another fault and this is not being replaced. It is definitely time to move to Garmin or Apple.

Hi Marre I am extremely dissatisfied with response I have received from support. I want my watch to work after a software upgrade and they are telling me I am not entitled to a replacement as I have had one before. I did not ask for a replacement. I just want my watch after the software update I did.. please can someone assist here?????
