Yesterday I noticed my Versa was going through different screens on its own and selecting apps, basically looked like it was scrolling through stuff without me touching it and then the screen went blank. I tried charging it last night and nothing changed. I tried resetting today and again nothing. I looked in my Fitbit app and it said the battery is dead so I am charging it again. How can I get this working again?! I was really struggling today at work without it since I was expecting phone calls from the hospital but can't have my phone on me, so I use my watch to see who is calling.
