Versa 2 stopped working

My versa 2 was working until it stopped syncing  and i get a red x and a grey fitbit icon

Hi please can you help?

I have had my Fitbit Versa 2 for just under 2 years and today it has just stopped working

Following......  I recently rebooted and chose factory settings.  I just checked all settings and it is not tracking steps
