I am frustrated and finding out that my versa 2 actually stop working after 2 year made me very unhappy can’t charge can’t restart is just dead and can’t be repair. I don’t think I will ever use Fitbit again if no resolution.

I have had the same issue.
Have had my versa 2 for 2 1/2 years, worked perfectly until Monday. Thought Id select the swim feature. wore my device in a 4ft swimming pool for 20 minutes maximum. Device now dead, tried all the methods regarding cleaning the charger, pins, device. Nothing.
Very disappointing, as the device will now be out of warranty. I have been using and loved fitbit from the orginal alta, then charge, then charge 2 and now a versa. One dip in a swimming pool has killed the device, that claims to be waterproof.
Time to look elsewhere for a fitness tracker unfortunately!

Versa series are water-resistant to 50 meters. I understand how frustrating this could be and noticed that you already got in touch with our team and received assistance.
