Versa 2 stopped working

I couldn’t do anything by touching the screen. I followed advice to reboot and sync, turn off/on, and it is still not working. It does somehow pic up my text messages. This is the second one that has died.

Hi @trishflan - an inoperable touch screen is often related to internal damage, possibly from moisture accumulating inside.
