I thought it was a matter of synchronization, but no, it just shows me one more hour and I don't know how to fix it.
Update: The time zone is correct. I've synchronized 12 times and it doesn't change

My Versa 2 is about fifteen minutes slow. And I cannot get it to sync with my phone. So frustrating!

Hi @LizbethCerino - it doesn't always sync time, especially after a time zone change.
In the App settings toggle the automatic time zone setting Off/On and sync again.
If necessary logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
@angeljhawk - please try the above procedure. If your watch still loses time between syncs it is probably faulty. A good watch should keep time to within a few seconds per day without syncing.
