Hi. Had my vesra 2 now for 6months and getting to the tend of my tether.
Notifications are not consistent. Very day or 2 max, the notifications settings drop and the app keeps saying in a red banner "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker."
I can tell you know a phone restart doesn't work, you have to uninstall the app and restall and set up all the settings again, for then the red banner appears not even 48hrs later. How can this be fixed, permanently.

I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the notifications feature works properly.

Hello. Thank you the link to try and sort. I have followed it all and nothing worked. Still have have se notification to restart phone etc.
How else can we get around this? I should still be in warranty.... Maybe a swap needed to happen?

Hello. I tried all your suggestions and nothing worked. I am at a loss that I've paid over £150 for a all singing all dancing fitbit and it doesn't do what its promoted for. Any other suggestions would be great please.
