This keeps happening and it is very frustrating. Autodetect is off. I run wearing short sleeves. The battery level is always above 50%. The latest software is updated. I’ve tried restarting. I’ve tried letting the battery drain and recharging. I’ve tried a factory reset. And yet after 10-15 minutes, each run stops recording with no notification. Why is this, and how can I make it stop?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring just with Run exercise or with other activities as well? If such is the case, with which of them? Lastly, are you only recording your activity directly from the shortcuts or with the SmartTrack auto-detection feature of your Versa 2?
