My screen on my Versa has gone blue. I’ve tried the bottom button, left button reset but it’s still blue.

any ideas? I’ve contacted Fitbit as the Versa hasn’t been working properly since the last update. This was a replacement that was sent last August, so not that old. 5D64E77E-D9C5-47C0-ABFE-BF3B6AB5E083.jpeg
