Hi, the strap on my versa to broke. I’ve replaced it with an rubber strap that came with it, but when I fitted the strap it's the wrong way round so that the flat side which should be against my skin is to the outside and the curved side, which should be to the outside is on the inside. Can you supply a replacement. Please see the photograph
