Versa 2 stuck notification

Hello,
My fitbit versa 2 currently has notification stuck, i have tried to clear them but they just come back. 
If i go to my settings in my fitbit - It reads - 35.70.8.0
and if i got to my app on my Iphone - It reads 70.8.0

There is no upgrade button appearing in my settings on my app. 

Can someone help me please.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To get rid of the notifications that's stuck, please follow the next steps to restart your Versa 2:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
