My versa 2 keep showing the fitbit logo for 5 seconds then turns black than back again. I have tried pressing the side button with no luck

In addition to the step you've performed so far, please try the following:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
