I've tried turning it off and charging it. Nothing. It's stuck on the fitbit logo screen constantly after I tried to reset it when my clock background (Snapchat) was bugging out. Please help me.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
