My versa 2 screen frozen and then just the logo started flashing on the screen.  I have tried to restart it by holding in the button but it doesn't do anything. Sometimes when the logo pops up the screen turns green.  I also got an image of a battery with and ! On it. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong and how to resolve.

Hi there, @Kjanney. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Thank you, I was able to get the clock face back on but now the touch screen doesn't work. I tried restarting again but now the left button doesn't even restart the watch.

I've been having this same issue since last Tuesday. Everytime I finally get my versa 2 to turn on the screen doesn't work and it dies within 5 minutes.
