Versa 2 a little over a year old is now stuck in a constant boot loop. Problem started a few weeks ago, started eating the battery like candy, would restart on it own, loss of screen. Screen would come back on with whatever time it lost it at. Now it's like it's stuck in a constant boot loop. Fitbit icon comes up, goes out, and a few minutes later it repeats itself. This has happened all day and I cannot get the watch to reset. This is my second versa 2. I'm going to switch to a Samsung or Garmin. My only reason for having a smart watch was to monitor my blood sugar levels easier. Was using the glance watchface with my versa 2.

Hi there, @Mclovin0009. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having issues with the battery, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
